1. Pursuant to the provisions of reference (a) Subject, nereinafter
referred to as Petitioner, filed enclosure (1) with thig Board
requesting, in effect, that the applicable naval record be corrected
to adjust entitlement to Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH).
2. The Board, consisting of Mr. Zsalman, Mr. George, and Mr. Ruskin,
reviewed Petitioner’ s allegations of error and injustice on
30 June 2014 and, pursuant to its regulations, determined that the
corrective action indicated below should be taken on the available
evidence of record. Documentary material considered by the Board
consisted of the enclosures, naval records, and applicable statutes,
regulations and policies.
3. The Board, having reviewed all the facts of record pertaining to
Petitioner's allegations of error and injustice, finds as foliows:
a. Before applying to this Board, Petitioner exhausted all
administrative remedies available under existing law and regulations
within the Department of the Navy.

CONCLUSION
Upon review and consideration of all the evidence of record, and

action.

RECOMMENDATION:
That Petitioner's naval record be corrected, where appropriate, to
show that:
a. Petitioner is authorized Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH)
without dependents at the Ee 2 from 10 July 2006
to 31 July 2006. Note: Petitioner transferred from
wurthermore, Petitioner got divorced on ane
b. Petitioner is authorized Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH)
without dependents at —- as rate from i
August 2006 to 2 February 2007. Note: Petitioner arrived to the SZ

c. Petitioner is authorized Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH)
with dependents at the eeu rate from 3
February 2007 to 19 September 2007. Note: Petitioner remarried
on ne Furthermore, Petitioner was reduced
to E-4 on 16 August 2007 gue to an non-judicial punishment (NTP).
Finally, Petitioner was discharged from the Navy on 19 September 2007.
a. Note: Petitioner previously received BAH, and should be
adjusted from his present BAH entitlement.
e. A copy of this Report of Proceedings will be filed in
Petitioner's naval record.
